Nth counts the reels and shorts you watch and helps you stay under a daily budget. Here's how to get help.

How does Nth count reels?
You browse Instagram and YouTube inside Nth, under your own account. As you scroll, Nth counts each short-form video against your daily budget. The number counts down; at zero you get a gentle pause, never a lockout.
How do I change my daily budget?
Tap the gear icon to open Settings, then pick a preset or use the +/- stepper.
What happens when I hit zero?
Nth asks you to take one slow breath, then the choice is yours — keep going, spin the wheel for a few capped bonus reels, or call it a day and grow your streak.
Is my data private?
Yes. Nth collects nothing — no accounts, no tracking. Everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
Why do I need to log in to Instagram?
Instagram requires an account to view Reels. You log in to Instagram directly inside the app, exactly as you would in Safari — Nth never sees your credentials. YouTube Shorts work without logging in.
